Anabelle
Anabelle is a born and raised Kauai girl, full of spirit, style and playfulness. She left the garden isle in 2011 to study cosmetology at the Paul Mitchell School on Oahu, followed by two and a half years of working in Los Angeles to hone her skills. Ever the island girl at heart she returned in 2016 to grow her Kauai clientele. After nine years as a sought after stylist and colorist, she became to owner of Salon North in 2020. Her vision is one of diversity and beauty, both in the community she serves and the talented team she works with.

Amy
Amy is a globally certified, Wella Master Color Expert. She joined Salon North from the California Bay Area, where she spent two decades committed to her passion for hair. Amy believes in honoring individualized beauty and creating thoughtfully curated haircolor for each of her guests. She is also skilled in the art of dry haircutting and keratin hair smoothing. As an MCE, continuing education is vital to Amy. She participates in classes regularly to keep her creativity flowing and her skills sharp. Never tiring of color, Amy transitions from painting hair to painting canvases in her spare time.

Paul
A Master stylist with over 35 years of experience., Paul studied Hair in Los Angeles in 1977 and has been working on Oahu as a stylist since 1978. Paul frequently travels between Oahu’s Hapa Heaven and Kaua'i’s Salon North to style hair to his loyal and long standing clientele.

Alison
Alison is a master hairstylist of 18 years, native to North Carolina and now raising her family on Kauai. She shares her passion for people and hair through her work. She loves getting to know her clients, giving them the look they envision that makes them smile when they look in the mirror, and creating an all around positive and personal experience.
She is trained in Aveda and Redken and has extensive experience with all hair textures. She specializes in cutting and dimensional color. When she is not behind the chair, she enjoys anything to do with nature, ceramics, her family and friends.

Kevin
Kevin fell in love with the art of cutting hair at the young age of 13 when he started cutting his younger brother's hair, from there he never looked back! Kevin has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and worked out of Voted BEST Salon in Las Vegas. Kevin has worked runway and editorial, making his finish work captivating. Kevin hit the stages and began competing, taking home 1st place awards. Kevin has traveled all over with his scissors in tote, but has made Kauai home. Come get in his chair at Salon North to experience his passion for hair.

Amanda
Amanda is a passionate stylist and colorist whose career was shaped by over 18 years in Los Angeles. In this time she provided services to a broad clientele which included opportunities for hairstyling clients for special events such as the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. In addition she also serves as an educator in a cosmetology school in the San Fernando Valley, and found the role of teacher very fulfilling. In 2019 she followed her dream to move to Hawaii and has been at the Dada Salon and Drybar in Honolulu for the past 2 1/2 years. She is certified to do invisible bead extensions now ( IBE method ) which she is excited to offer to her other services of coloring, color corrections, cutting and styling. She love making clients feel amazing and seeing the transformations that can be achieved doing hair.

Fran
Fran is inspired to share the “beauty stoke” and empower women to feel and look their best. She is passionate about accentuating natural beauty and style in her clients, all while having fun in the process. Fran specializes in lashes, brows and professional styling services. She is committed to caring for the planet and incorporates green beauty and environmentally conscious practices wherever she can.

Bailey
Bailey was born in Anchorage, Alaska and grew up in Kaua’i, Hawai’i since Elementary School. Her passion for health and beauty guided her to O’ahu to study at an Esthetics and Wellness Academy in 2010. Bailey’s treatments have evolved for the past 12 years, bridging holistic with cutting edge anti-aging methods, intuitive healing, and botanical alchemy. Her education expands into nutrition, energy work and also sacred ceremony. She adores to support her clients to embody their potential and bring out their inner radiance.

Vanessa
Vanessa began her esthetic practice in 2022 by through an apprenticeship on island. However, her interest in skincare, began in her adolescent years, grappling with a crazy teen acne phase and recognizing the impact of strong and continuous sun exposure that comes with island living. She grew curious and steadily more passionate about incorporating tools, treatments, and products that increase collagen and elastin production, clear and tighten pores, and naturally sculpt the face. From brows and body waxing to lashes and facials, she carefully listens to client concerns and desires to ensure you receive attentive, detail-oriented service that is tailored to your skin and individual needs.
